The greatest opportunity for resilience

In 2021, Professor Jacqueline McGlade founded Downforce to measure soil at the scale the crisis demands – continent, country and region. As former Chief Scientist of UNEP, she knew accurate, affordable measurement could change what businesses, food systems and the climate are capable of.
